I’m a bit of a cinnamon nut so I think it could’ve done with a BIT more to make it the forward note in the syrup, but the balance was great!
It was yummy without being overly sweet I really enjoyed this with my matcha ! I totally get the cinnamon roll matcha hype I can’t wait to use this with whipping cream to make a cream top.

Is cinnamon roll better than almond croissant!? Don’t get me wrong… I love love LOVE the almond croissant syrup but DANG Nooly! You guys knocked it out of the park with this cinnamon roll syrup. As a former barista I am picky about syrups so much so that I make my own. Why make my own when Nooly makes the MOST delicious lower sugar, clean ingredient, boldly flavored syrups out there!? Keep up the good work Nooly!
This is a more subtle flavor (I find myself using more to taste it better) but does have a hint of mall-cinnamon-bun vibes! I like to add a sprinkle of ceylon cinnamon for a touch of fresh zing and flavor.
The syrup itself was fine, I just think it’s a personal preference of what you like. I was hoping for more of a pastry forward taste like the almost croissant syrup and this one is extra strong on the cinnamon for me.
Beautiful bottle of ooey, gooey deliciousness! Blends well with coffee and milk tea, has the sweetness of a cinnamon roll and icing, vanilla, and goodness! I only wish there was a bit more cinnamon flavor.
Loved it! It’s a little less sweet than the almond and blueberry syrups (which is just my personal preference) but it’s delicious and really tastes like a cinnamon roll!
