At NOOLY, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely – with simple, transparent shipping every time.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $65, and a flat $6.95 shipping rate for orders under $65.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the continental U.S. Unfortunately, we do not Puerto Rico or the U.S. Territories at this time.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders ship from our warehouse and typically arrive within 3 - 5 business days after being fulfilled.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume or holidays, shipments may experience minor delays – but we’ll always do our best to get your syrups out fast.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@drinknooly.com within 24 hours so we can try to correct it before it ships.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to a small restocking fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. Unfortunately, NOOLY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
