If something is wrong with your order or you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review each case and may issue a refund or replacement product.
While we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, we’ll always do our best to make things right.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@drinknooly.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
While we take great care in packaging our products, minor damages during transit may occasionally occur that are out of our control.
We evaluate all issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. Refunds will only be issued if the damage affects the product’s safety or usability.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
