The Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tbsp. (one half pump) Vanilla Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp. (one half pump) Croissant syrup
The Latte
- 1 shot Espresso
- Milk
- Ice
How to Make It
- Add heavy cream, milk, Vanilla Syrup, and Almond Croissant Syrup to a frothing pitcher, mason jar, or glass.
- Froth for 30 seconds with a frother, or shake vigorously in a mason jar for 60 seconds.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, your preferred amount of cold milk, and espresso. Mix.
- Top with wedding cake cold foam and enjoy.
